These terms govern bookings at Alora Farm and Resort, Nagpur ("Alora", "we", "us"), a unit of Mangaldeep Group, and the use of this website. By making an enquiry or a booking you accept these terms.

Enquiries and bookings
This website does not process bookings or payments. It carries information only. All enquiries reach us through WhatsApp, phone or email, and a booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and the booking amount is received.
Rates, packages and availability shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed in writing at the time of booking is the rate that applies.
A booking is made in the name of the person who confirms it. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or assigned to another party without our written consent.
We may decline or withdraw a booking where the information given is incorrect, where dues are outstanding, or where the intended use is unlawful or unsuitable for the property.

Payments
- Rooms. [[X]]% of the room tariff is payable at the time of booking, and the balance at or before check-in.
- Venues and events. [[50]]% of the venue rent is payable at the time of booking, and the balance no later than [[30]] days before the event date.
- Security deposit. A refundable security deposit of Rs [[AMOUNT]] is payable [[at the time of the second instalment]] for venue and event bookings. It is refunded after the event, once damages, excess power, extra hours and any additional services availed have been settled or deducted.
Applicable taxes (GST) are charged over and above the quoted rates.
Payments are accepted by [[UPI / bank transfer / crossed account payee cheque in favour of "ALORA FARMS AND RESORT" / cash up to the limit permitted by law]]. A receipt is issued for every payment.
All bills for services availed during the stay or event - dining, additional facilities, extra hours, damages - must be settled before vacating the premises.

Check-in, check-out and event timings
Room check-in from [[TIME]], check-out by [[TIME]]. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
Event access is from [[TIME]] to [[TIME]] on the booked date. Beyond the booked end time, an extra-hour charge of Rs [[AMOUNT]] per hour applies, and the premises must be handed back in time for the next booking.
Amplified music must stop by [[10:00 PM]], in line with the applicable noise regulations.

What is included
What a room tariff or a venue rent includes is set out in the written confirmation for that booking. Anything not listed there is chargeable separately at mutually agreed rates.
Catering is provided [[by Alora / by caterers empanelled with Alora]]. [[Outside caterers are not permitted / are permitted subject to prior written approval and applicable charges.]]
Where the guest arranges vendors of their own - decor, music, photography and similar - the guest remains responsible for their conduct, their compliance with these terms, and clearing their dues.

Use of the property
Guests will comply with all applicable laws and with the rules and regulations in force at the property, and are responsible for their guests, staff and vendors.
Guests will take reasonable care of the property and will reimburse the cost of any loss or damage caused to buildings, furnishings, landscaping, equipment or fittings.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only [[where licensed and with prior written approval]]. Narcotic and other prohibited substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Firecrackers are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Permissions required from any authority for music, processions, licensed bars or similar activities are the responsibility of the guest, and copies must be produced on request.
- Vehicles are to be parked only in the designated parking area. Movement of vehicles, horses or bands beyond the entry gate is not permitted.
- Power consumption must remain within the sanctioned load. Additional load must be requested in advance and is chargeable; the guest is liable for charges and damage arising from excess draw.

Liability
Guests are asked to satisfy themselves as to the facilities and services offered before confirming a booking. Claims about the nature of the facilities raised after the event or stay cannot be entertained.
Alora is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises by guests, their vendors or their invitees. Valuables should be kept in the safe custody arranged for that purpose.
Alora is not liable for accidents or injury arising from the negligence of a guest, their vendors or their invitees, or from any activity not organised by Alora.
Alora is not responsible for the acts or omissions of vendors engaged directly by the guest.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Accessibility

Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, fire, epidemic, government order, civil unrest or war. In such cases the refund treatment in the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
