The enquiry buttons prepare a message inside your own WhatsApp app. Nothing is sent to us when you tap one, and the website never sees it. If you choose to send the message, the conversation happens in WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this page. Phone numbers and the email address on this site work the same way: they open your dialer or mail app.

What we hold if you get in touch
If you enquire or book by WhatsApp, phone, email or in person, we keep what you tell us, usually your name, contact number, and the details of your stay or event, along with identification and payment details where a booking requires them.
We use it to answer you, to arrange and deliver your booking, to raise bills and receipts, and to meet legal requirements such as guest registration. We do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it
Our staff, and the caterers or vendors working on your booking, to the extent they need it. Our bank and our accountants for payments and records. Government authorities where the law requires it. Nobody else.
